Bitcointalk.org founded by theymos in June 2011. Bitcoin.org founded by satoshi in 2009.
I think you are wrong here. theymos is not the founder of bitcointalk, Satoshi is. As far as I know after satoshi left the forum, he gave administrator access to theymos. And he had been operating managing bitcointalk ever since. I can be wrong thought. Others can clear this.
EDIT: I just checked the threads and yes, Satoshi is the main man behind everything.
It is not bitcointalk.org back then it is bitcoin.org. Gavin talk to goverment guys and satoshi got cold feet and disappear in 2010. Theymos copy the bitcoin.org and named it bitcointalk.org in june 2011.
