Of course, this will make them frustrated with the losses they have experienced, especially if the losses were very large. But they only feel this frustration for a short time because when they return to gambling again, they will not feel frustrated but will try to recover their losses. Having financial records about their gambling can actually help them to see how much money they are using for gambling so they can start reducing their gambling activities. But what happens is that there are still many gamblers who don't pay attention to this and instead gamble more often because they have the hope of recovering their losses. This is where they really need to realize that by recording their gambling activities and seeing how many deposits and withdrawals they make, they can conclude that gambling is not suitable for them. They don't need to gamble too often.

Actually it's not like that, but if you keep the gambling records,it help you to understand the total loss or gain at the end of the day in the gambling sites. If you had made the continuous loss or gain in the gambling sites,So you may keep the calculation in the memory of your brain itself, the gambling will give the random loss and gain.So the gambler should keep their win and loss in the separate spreadsheet. It helps you to understand the current loss or profit y yourself in the gambling sites.Even you can target the loss of the gambling sites in the future game, but targeting loss was never recommended in gambling. If you had some good dollars for the back up,you can target the loss in the gambling sites. So the loss was recovered in the upcoming games in the gambling sites.
