Did not discuss this with my colleague crypofrka yet but I am leaning towards allowing offenders to play but making tham pay some sort of disqualification fee, maybe in the same amount div 1 players pay. I am quite sure nobody would forgot to post answers if they had to pay 2.5mBTC for the privilege.
This is not a bad idea, and it means that all division players will get more serious or they will get kicked out and be broke.I am sure local sheriff would like that change, this means more chance for police to write tickets and that brings more money in rewards bucket.
