That's one of the bad side of monitoring your records, as you will keep remembering your losses and the amount that you will try to recover,
most of the time, a gambler who knew the amount that he had already lost, got that mindset to try and recover.

Factors that will possibly bring you to keep trying, though the good catch is if you know your limits and you can control your emotions, since you
can stop and you can enjoy it if ever that you win some, having those records will let you keep on track and update regarding your finances.

If you really want to make money from gambling you can't escape the fact that you need to have detailed records of the amounts you have lost and won.

Otherwise the gambler will probably just simply "forget" about some big losses and only care about the big wins that happen once in a while.

In that case, the gambler will feel good, but in reality they have paid way more than what they have earned.
