For the big match between Manchester City and Liverpool I can say that I also favour Manchester City to win like most people. Liverpool are way stronger than the previous season which is a fact. But their job is still really difficult in Etihad Stadium. It has always been like that for a long time as well. While Guardiola is here and his system is working smoothly it is really difficult to beat them especially in away matches. It is the same for even Liverpool which are the second team in the standings now.
But we can at least watch a match with quite many goals. There have been many matches between them ending like that. I think both teams would score and we are likely to see at least 3 goals.
I would also prefer to bet on Man City. Because in the last 2 meetings between Liverpool and Man City which were held at the Etihad Stadium, the result was always the same, namely victory for Man City. But if the match will be held at Anfield Stadium then maybe I will bet on Liverpool. But this time Man City will be the host. So it is clear that Man City will still be the favorite. Although Liverpool's condition has indeed improved. But it doesn't guarantee that Liverpool is at the level to beat Man City who are the hosts. Currently, Man City itself is not in their best condition, but even so, we can see Man City going through everything with positive results. But if Liverpool are able to hold Man City to a draw then perhaps this will be a sign that Man City will not necessarily win the title this season again.
