Woahh great this is a very cool collectible item buddy! Seeing clearly the physical bitcoin is quite detailed and of course this is very exclusive, the decoration in your room will be quite interesting.

To be honest I want to have a better collectible, if I buy from outside then I am heavy from the shipping costs that are so high, while I see there are online stores that I often visit but the quality is really not worth it, but it is a cheap price.

The cost of one of these is per machine hour, it costs about 50 dollars per hour, the piece in total took about 7 to 8 hours. It really is a unique and very exclusive item.
$50/hour? That means with the physical Bitcoin creation, say 8 hours * $50 means you have spent $400 for this creation.
Is this too expensive or cheap in your opinion?

To complement, it was this time for each side, total 2 sides, 16 hours.

An alternative would be 3D printing in resin. The price drops a lot

the complete manufacturing we have a total of 800 dollars on average, as I work on it, I did it myself, the cost was just my time. Due to the quality and exclusivity, I don't think it's expensive, but it's relative, it can be expensive for one person and not for another.

Aw yeah!  Smiley

Given that the 3d model is quite complicated, I wonder, did you design the model yourself, or had someone else do it?

That makes sense. Sheet metal is not cheap, and it's usually machined in rectangles (from my experience) - but since this is truly a 3D item, I guess you needed to look hard for a place that deals with large blocks of aluminum. By the way - what are they doing when they are not manufacturing exotics like this?

A 140mm cylinder was used to manufacture. We manufacture cold box molds for foundries and also parts for agricultural machinery.

Looks very cool @OP!

Now you can create your own steel plate to hold your seed phrase instead of buy it from someone (of course don't write the 12-24 words into the 3 models lol).

I'm thinking about doing this, and engraving the seeds with a laser

Awesome work here!  Very cool piece.

You might want to consider moving this post to the collectibles section - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0

That board/this site is where the "birth" of the physical bitcoin came to be.  I did a quite little historical timeline write up for example- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5174217.0

Either way, you should post about this on the collectibles board, everyone there would really appreciate it!

Yes of course! I will move the topic, thanks for the suggestion
