You don't necessary need to have all the money in the world before you learn how to give and it mustn't be when you have a big pay day in gambling. It's always good to look at people around you and extend a helping hand. Having said that, I'd to go take a look at his timeline and it seems he's an influencer and the whole philanthropic act was just to promote sportybet. For that reason, I've my doubts if he really won the bet as this could be staged to promote the gambling site.
If you ask for my opinion, I'd like to think for sure that it's all set up and made up. I have seen many of these kind of stories and yes it's actually for the purpose of promoting that site. But I would agree that one must not be a millionaire to start giving as this is what my aunt always say but I think for this particular story It's certainly a bogus set up news.
