I just received a new email from mtgox. In it, there is an interesting line that reads, “ The Rehabilitation Trustee plans to commence repayment to creditors shortly.” I would say you can take anything in these emails with a grain of salt, but that is for sure the most definitive statement regarding repayments that I’ve read to date.
Dear OgNasty How true is the mail you received from mtgox exchange because they have been pretending for a long time that they will refund the users' assets, are they not really refunding the users' funds, they are just pretending.
It has become an official legal process a long time ago.
The deadline is October 2024, I would not be surprised if OGNasty's comments are true.
