Just saw a press release[1][2] of this service called bit store. I thought I'd share it, and also get some reviews in case anyone has used them before. The card have 2.5% top-up fee, and the company claims that KYC verification is not mandatory with a limit of 10K USD per month.
I have just checked it out, though not yet tested. It seems so tempting
