For example, the chance of winning 500 satoshi was 2% and the chance of winning 5000 satoshi was 1.3%, but now they are 0.2% and 0.1%, respectively.

Thanks for the link, somehow I didn't saw table with exact numbers after they decreased chances to win something. And damn, these changes is very significant and nothing surprising that getting something significant is very rare thing.
Back when they introduced WOF these high rewards were so attractive, but as usual, good things doesn't lasts long.
The cost of becoming a premium member is something like 90% cheaper than it was at the start due to the price of FUN Token going down. Keeping the odds so high would not have been sustainable because of the high ROI you could make on a small investment. Even though these adjustments made it more difficult for older member to recover the losses on their investment it was likely a necessary change for the long-term viability of the program.
