So at this point what, if you know, is the last bitcoin core version that allow to EASILY, get your keys like back in the days.

Not sure what version you need but there is an old one here
https://bitcoincore.org/en/releases/0.11.2/Make sure you verify it is genuine!
You may be able to edit the URL to get other early versions too.
