Yeah there is no doubt that Mourinho has ability and he has proven it in several top leagues and Lukaku is one of the best strikers he can be relied on in any situation, we can see it in the last few matches including with Belgium, but overall Roma does not have a complete squad there are still weaknesses in several lines one of them is the defense line because Roma conceded too many goals luckily there is Lukaku on the front line who is able to provide attacks and score goals.
It would be better if Roma brought in new players in the next transfer window unfortunately, currently Roma's finances are not yet stable they don't have enough budget to recruit new players except through the loan player option like Lukaku in the last transfer.
