It was quite unexpected to see Burnley dropping to the last spot on the table with Sheffield United and Luton Town sitting above them for now. With such poor performance in their defending, I think it would be very difficult for Burnley to keep a clean sheet against West Ham United in their next upcoming match. I guess Burnley might still find themselves stuck at the bottom of the table with another home loss against West Ham United.
What has happened to Burnley so far is not in accordance with what observers said when they succeeded in being able to play in the English Premier League, and not only them but also the other two teams who managed to progress also performed disappointingly and facing West Ham later will not be an easy task for Vincent Kompany to bring his team to get points even though this is a home match for Burnley.
Burnley's opportunity to face West Ham is to get 1 point because West Ham is also inconsistent. West Ham won over Nottingham but that was after three consecutive defeats which saw them drop further down the rankings.
