I don't know about other users here, or what they think, but for me personally, I think and feel that for Chelsea, their good performances of late have gone past the stage we can simply attribute their success to luck alone, no no.
I think they have naturally improved in their game play overall, this is why they seem to be performing incredibly well even against top clubs that primarily, were suppose to easily beat them(Chelsea).
I am personally looking forward to seeing them climb to the top five or seven atleast, by the end of this season, but this is if they continue with their current good performance of course.
Honestly, we can not deny that Chelsea's performance has increasingly improved in their last matches but the problem with Chelsea now is lack of consistency. I know it's not possible to win every match but the level of inconsistent Chelsea is displaying is second to none when it comes to maintaining the team form. The players are not been over used because they are only playing EPL and EFL this season and they have every reason to be fit and should give out their best to the team and the fans. Sadly, the way you see Chelsea perform in one match will be very far different from what they'll perform in another and you'll wonder if it is the same Chelsea that play the last match.
Normally, Newcastle are not supposed to outplay Chelsea but don't be surprised if you see Chelsea giving in and make Newcastle feel like a top team. At this point, it's not advisable for one to place bet on this game with direct win but you can risk it with goals ov/un because hardly to end that game with goalless draw.
