If moderator local a topic, OP if the topic can not unclok the topic unless moderator unlock it again.
Is it reasonable to ask a mod to lock the thread until OP could provide evidence? Where is the red line of misinformation and deliberate spreading of lies to damage Bitcoin?
Even without any evidence, no moderator will lock the thread becuasenif that reasons. There are many lying posts that I have seen in this forum and non were locked becuase moderators also do not know if it is true or not.
Also from the list, some people will gain from ut as some people will explain way like cold wallet to store your coins instead of hot wallets.
