It seems that he had the intention of creating this casino many years ago and was unable to do so due to many setbacks, the problem with these types of things is that they are projects without good structure and planning, this is the same as if you want to have a gaming computer for if you sell to other people and don't know where to start and then they start buying each hard ware component without good planning and when you sell the computer the customer then starts to complain, in my opinion the signs are well exposed, I honestly doubt that you manage to withdraw your money.
