ICP is another project that has dropped more than 10x since its ATH. Though they are doing a very good work with their decentralized storage solution but i don't think it will be possible for them to revisit their last ATH as that price was manipulated by FTX and was a unrealistic marketcap. Right now its price is moving sideways and from here i can expect more than 10x actually only because of their development and roadmap. They don't have too many competitors in the market right now so i am really bullish on ICP.
