It has been a really poor performance by Juventus so far. I'm even surprised with how they are still not behind Inter by playing poorly. I didn't expect to see them like this after that big start to the season. I thought we started to have the old Juventus back but they are playing really badly against Inter now. They were much better in the first half.
But Juventus don't have even a single goal attempt in the whole second half while we are in the final moments of the game. There are goals by Vlahovic and Martinez and it is still 1-1. It was important for Vlahovic to make progress in one of the most important games of the season for Juventus. Because there has been a serious level of drop in his performance recently.
Juventus were very careful in carrying out attacks which they might have been able to do, after winning the lead and then Inter immediately replying, the Old Lady started to lower the tempo. I think it's difficult to develop in a match at such a high level, especially since Allegri has a bad record against Simone Inzaghi. This draw is certainly not very good for both of them because one additional point does not make a big difference in the standings, it's just that the positions of Juventus and Inter are getting closer to Milan and Napoli.
Juventus used parking bus which was making intermilan difficult to break it. The game was very boring and this is far from what i have expected. I knew that if juventus was only targeting points from intermilan but the game makes me feel so bad.
It's less from the word of attractive to be watched. Juventus was not showing how it can be called as a big club. Many people were wrongly predicting the result from this match.
Im sure majority of people were choosing intermilan or juventus to won the game but the draw made them all lose their bet on this match. Vlahovic was scoring the first goal for juventus but it can't even defend from attack by intermilan.
Lautaro martinez was scoring the first goal for intermilan too. These teams were playing safely without even willing try to take the risk.
That's why the game is boring. this game was not even attractive. That's saddened me.
Allegri really looked very afraid of facing Simone Inzaghi, he didn't dare to do anything about the pattern of play so Juventus' flow of play looked very careful. I am sure that if the Bianconeri adopt an open and attacking pattern of play they will lose, it seems Allegri has read the situation so that when Inter equalized they strengthened their defense even more. But I think the draw is good enough for both teams and makes Serie A even more competitive.
