Personally I think Xabi should not be coaching a big club now. I have no doubt that he is an excellent coach. But he is still not experienced enough. I think Xabi still doesn't know properly how to handle a lot of star players. Leverkusen is a mediocre team. And there are not many star players in this team. So it is possible that Xabi can manage the team as he wants. But managing star players is a bit difficult. As we have seen coach Pochettino was unsuccessful with PSG despite being quite experienced. PSG's squad had many star players, and coach Pochettino failed to strengthen the understanding among these players. Xabi should make a decision to coach a big team after gaining more experience.
maybe this discussion has been discussed before but it will be very interesting if discussed again and actually it depends on how Xabi builds chemistry with these big players or teams. let just think logically that currently Xabi coaching Leverkusen without star players has had extraordinary results and on the one hand, if Xabi later trains a big team with star players, it will definitely be easy to unite the chemistry to be able to help the big team win titles in several competitions even though lacking experience in training star players but at least the intelligence to be able to find strategies and combine chemistry with players Xabi is able to master it all.
even so, I still respect your opinion It might also make sense if Xabi still lacks the experience to coach a big team with star players in it, but at least Xabi should start trying to serve as a coach in a big team to gain experience. so the opportunity to receive an offer from a big team should be accepted but maybe it will have to wait until after the end of the season because Xabi still has the goal of bringing Leverkusen to a higher level in order to get a prestigious title.
