For me, Physical reward is just a hassle since we are betting online to have convenience on bets. I still preferred cash prize or free spin as rewards compared to physical items that I can purchase by myself online through e-commerce.
The limited edition apparels of Shuffle is an exemption since this is one of kind and only available from this casino. But the rest of the item that can be purchased online is better to be converted with cash prize to avoid paying for taxes and shipping fee.
I can't figure out why it wouldn't be just a hassle for everyone. That's why i use crypto in the first place. Because it's easy. It doesn't take physical space unlike getting a package from another country. I am not even sure how our customs would deal with that or would i need to pay taxes for it before getting it if it's coming outside of EU. With btc /usdt prize equivalent, i would get the prize instantly and spend it as i wish. Well obviously there are taxes. But technically you should pay those for any kind of prizes you get.
Obviously i wouldn't complain getting prize in any form if i should be that lucky. But i can't figure out that whom would it better to get something valuable in a form of laptop than money equivalent of that laptop.
