Yes, it's true that Dortmund at least only needs a draw to qualify for the next round, but at least Dortmund can win to be more calm and safe, even though it will definitely be difficult to win the match at AC Milan's home ground, so far Milan's defense is very good, that's why maybe Dortmund it will be difficult to steal a full victory from the match later.
On the other hand Milan may need a win to have a chance of progressing to the next round, previous meetings these two clubs only settled for a goalless draw, that's why it will be a betting game that determines who from this hellish group will progress to the next round, I'm sure one of them will win in this match, even though Milan is very superior in the betting market, I am more interested in Dotrmund who might succeed in stealing full points in the match later with a narrow score.
Dortmund as the top of Group F, certainly wants to immediately lock their ticket to the last 16 more quickly. As a result of not wanting to play under pressure in the last match which was held at PSG headquarters, Dortmund was determined to bring home the three points at Milan headquarters. Dortmund mission to win at the San Siro is not easy because they have a poor record against teams from Italy, they have never won in the last five visits to the headquarters of teams from Italy. The match at the San Siro is predicted to be as fierce as the first meeting at Signal Iduna Park which ended goalless.
As a result of the four teams in group F still having the chance to qualify for the last 16, Dortmund must avoid even the slightest mistakes so as not to lose points at the San Siro. Milan record when playing at home is quite good, one win and one draw means that Dortmund should not underestimate the Milan team even though several key players are injured. Dortmund must perform optimally and must close the space to narrow the movement of Milan players if they don't want to suffer the same fate as PSG when they visit the San Siro.
Borussia Dortmund knows that the group F of the UEFA Champions League is undoubtedly the strongest group in the competition and since they're currently at the top of the group with 7 points, they stand a better chance of progressing to the knockout stages. So they'll would do everything within their tactical strength today to avoid a defeat because if AC Milan beats them today while Paris Saint Germaine defeats Newcastle United, then Dortmund's fate won't be in their hands again and that might end their hopes of reaching the round of 16
The match between Manchester City and RB Leipzig in Group G is sure to be an exciting one. Manchester City's unbeaten record in the Champions League so far and their previous win against RB Leipzig certainly gives them a strong advantage. Despite already booking their place in the knockout rounds, both teams will be looking to build momentum with strong performances. However, RB Leipzig will be keen to acquit themselves and will likely put up a strong fight. A 4-1 win for Manchester City is certainly a bold prediction, but given their current form and performance in the Champions League, it's not entirely impossible.
Both teams happens to be very rough teams and I except a tough game from them, although like you rightly said Manchester city has already booked their spot in the next round of the champions league but then they still have to play against Leipzig as one of their group stage game's.
Leipzig has been doing well in their domestic league which happens to be the bundesliga and aswell in the champions league, so far they have lost only one game and won the other three from the four champions league games they have played so far, most likely they will be able to secure a spot for themselves at the round of sixteen in the champions league I just hope Manchester city gives them three point from this match so their qualifications becomes sure.
Leipzig is a strong German team that's able to beat any team in Europe on their day but I don't think they'll be able take maximum three points from Manchester City tonight. Manchester City have already qualified to the round of 16 of the competition but Pep Guardiola is one manager that will always want to win his games even when winning isn't too vital. The top spot of the group is still open for grabs and that's why Manchester City will definitely want to beat Leipzig today in order to finish as group winners.
