The official representative have already addressed you that your case has been forwarded to the right area in which What i do believe is to wait for while till the team addressed your case here, it wont hurt you to wait a little more and extend your complaining if you are not contented to what is the result , but for now better to wait it up .
well this happens in some scam site and we cannot deny that fact , but I think about the issue filed here? can be resolved or at least will have a proper answer from the team sooner and like what said , a little wait wont hurt everyone .
