I am sorry but they are not back. Yes, for the bitcointalk community we know that the wallet has been topped up and signature payments have been cleared and they are back but what about the outsiders ? Those who access the mixer directly without knowing about bitcointalk forum ?
I mentioned this concern here and i will insist on it. Its been almost two days that the site is down without any intimation to the external world
You have to improve on the communication side, I believe it is the missing element to raise your quality level even further. 
Again a simple html page showing Site is down for maintenance is much better for a business as compared to the site being offline altogether for unknown number of days.
