I think if they had any plans about doing this, it would have already happened by now, and to say the truth, a long time ago, when faucets were still a thing and they had freebitco.in and freedogeco.in. Since then, only freebitco.in remained and the sibling website was shutted off due to not being profitable for the company, as income from ads weren't sufficient to pay users anymore since Google ads' ban which happened nearly 2016.
Freebitco.in's hourly faceut was maintained as a kind of tradition with its community, even though it's also not profitable anymore for the company to keep it alive. What they do is to take part of the gambling's profits to pay faucet's users. I don't know if they consider it a charity for their users or not, but as I see, it still has a very strong marketing and nostalgic appeal towards their base of customers.
