Updates to the list:
- Eidoo card ==> dead
- Swipe card ==> dead (solar card will be the successor, announced... but not released)
- Plutus card ==> is marked as dead, but is *NOT* dead and IMHO the one of the best cards if you are interested in cashback

Updated. Though it seems that Swipe card was already in the defunct category.
In the case of the Plutus card, I checked and they currently have the crypto conversion service deactivated. In other words, it is only possible to use the card if the user loads it with fiat.
