I don't think the absence in UCL makes Juventus to have higher chance to win Serie A title. We can see the last match that Inter Milan still dominated the match although it was held in Juventus stadium. It means Inter Milan still superior against Juventus, they are the team that have higher chance to win Serie A title this season. Sure, with less matches, Juventus players will have smaller chance to get injury. But it doesn't guarantee for the whole players to be in their best fitness.
