I get same response but at the same time the support seems already a little bit annoyed on their reply. 

I’m just asking for an update after 8hrs of waiting while they promise a 2hrs waiting for this maintenance to finish. I message them just once this morning yet his reply seems like I already asked for update multiple times. I swear I will not gonna ask again!
