I'm not sure that I know what "temporary phone number" is? I don't think we have this kind of mobile phone numbers here in Europa and EU. I have six different mobile phone numbers and I only use "prepaid SIM-cards" for mobile phone numbers and I have done so since the late 1990s. It works perfect for me. And I have the same "numbers" than I have the first time I registred them for many years ago.
