I think there is support on their website, but it works at snail speed so don't expect to get quick answer on your question 
Another thing I noticed is they suddenly removed support for many websites including Paypal for most of their cards, and they have some maintenance issues with disabled withdrawal and recharge.
This could be early red flag signs, so be careful guys.
