If it's ico it's already needs to be premine in order to distribute the shares. But ico can be problematic in many ways. I would rather go with private sale.

Caring about only about price would affect how i would i respond to earlier questions. But i honestly anyone who says they don't care about price is probably lying. That's nr1 reason people are investing to them in the first place. And incentives people get for keeping the chain safe needs to be worth their time.
