It's not only about the allegations about the fake license, though! OP  (the user you quoted) already created a scam accusation against them because he couldn't withdraw his money.
Their representative is obviously aware of all of this as he was last active two days ago but he doesn't bother to reply or address any of those concerns. This is a huge red flag.
