The there is something else, which happening in crypto market. When you started this topic, btc wasn’t touched 20k$, but now its around 27k$ estimate. That means market is pumping continuously maybe cause we are close enough to next bull run
Time will let you know but if you don't act in time you will miss the opportunity. In this case you have to take risk to invest when the market is making corrections. Another thing that I want to point out if you are looking for a perfect dip, you might never find one because sometimes markets do flash crashes and recover quickly to liquidate future positions on both sides. To take BTC back to 20k it won't take too much effort to do that. Any major negative news can still crash the market hard.
