To be honest, you were smart to find a loophole but I can understand BC paying you back your deposits. Although it would have been more mature of them to pay you out in full, but you cannot demand that IMO.
There was no loophole. They just decided I should've lost more while playing.
There may have been no loophole in the game itself (hence you were down) but the loophole was in the reward system. You apparently found a way to lose less during the game than you would get in the rewards, thus creating yourself a positive EV situation. Smart. But I can understand they take it back.
Ofourse it would have been very nice of them to let you keep everything. But at the other hand if they were really mean they could have taken all your rewards and let you sit with the casino losses. Now they choose the middle way so you get out of it break even at least.
