Both are almost same. The fees are not very different. If you are using Binance then definitely BEP20 will cost you comparatively cheaper fees. The network time is also almost same. So whatever network you choose, it won’t make any big difference. If you want to save each and every penny, then definitely BEP20 will be beneficial.
