That's still a long way to go though, 10 years of pure dominance, I don't know if there will be such fighter to do that. Only fighter we have seen is Manny, although he has lost along the way but dominated boxing in different era.

But obviously, it's a cycle, when the great are already in a decline, sooner or later there will be young fighters that are going to move up and beat them. Just like what Manny did to Barrera and so other many great fighters, as if passing the torch to them.

Inoue is a special fighter, he had some skills that aren't present on other champions. I believe he is even good than Pacman in terms of skills, but I doubt he'll surpass the sucecss of Pacman as Inoue is not as aggressive as Pacman who are willing to move up to challenge the champions, and that's the reason why Pacman have made history being the only 8 division world champion.

I'm not closing the chance for Inoue though, but if doesn't want to take higher risk of moving up, best he will end is probably 6 division world champion only which has been achieve by some boxers.
