There is a board for Serious discussion, so I guess now we need to have separate special Sarcasm board.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone forkes Bitcointalk forum soon, with servers in different locations, and without new rules.
There are already cases of forums with exactly the same content but on different domains.
New name could be Bitcoincashtalk forum or Bitcointalk og forum.
