I'm hopeful that they will reclaim top of the table that Juventus has taken now, if the worst comes to them then it might be draw but I don't see Inter Milan losing this match.

Inter Milan is a good team no doubt but we cannot compare their performance in champions League when they played benfica to how they are going to perform as you have said to play their  rival  Napoli this is because the two teams are familiar to the performance of themselves and it will be very difficult to pick side right now because Napoli have not been so good but lately they have returned to their good performance since the return of Victor Osimhin from injury.
Inter Milan is not going to have an easy game against Napoli because right now the Napoli team is looking forward to getting into the first four in the league and they are ready to play every game with all seriousness since they already know the home team Inter Milan is in good shape and also ready to reclaim the top spot from Juventus who is currently the on top of the table right now after beating Monza 1:2 yesterday.
