There are about 41 CEXs published on this site, and none of the platforms I mentioned are among the top 20 platforms. On the contrary, some of them are not listed:

- lexmo.com: not listed
- hitbtc.com: not listed
- latoken.com : NO 30
- coinw.com: NO 24

So you have the first 15 CEXs, choose any of them.

Also, if you do not want to complete KYC, try DEXs
