What some people usually don't or fail to understand is that, being rude and harsh to customer support due to frustration does not ever help matters, it never will help accelerate the verification process, but may even make it slower if the customer support gets angry and stops reading or responding to the user's text or messages.

Having to go through some stress due to account verification process is nothing new to most of us here as long as the verification is online based, for me, I might not have encountered any stress during the time I applied to be verified on stake, I got verified very easy, but then, this does not mean that I've not gone through such stress in other places before, what is required in such a period is patience, and calmness of mind, no matte the challenge, what you try today, if it's not successful, instead of getting angry, leave and try it again the next day when you are in a better frame of mind - this has always been my strategy when it come to having issues with a casino accepting my document for my account verification.
