Considering the current congestion they might be clearing the Bitcoin withdrawals and deposits. Though the process is mostly auto there is a countdown for both withdrawals. I am not sure about FUN withdrawal, but there is more than 1 hour wait time for the withdrawal. You can double-check if you have gotten back your FUN or not.
Yes, this used to be the case, if freebitcoin could not send my fun tokens, a letter would arrive to my email and within an hour the fun tokens would be returned, but not now, the letter did not arrive and 3 days had already passed
I am not sure if I should put forth this doubt but have you tripled check the address that you provided? It has to be an ERC-20 address because many times peeps end up putting BTC addresses in a hurry or in the excitement of withdrawing. These types of transactions are not reversible and even Quin won't be able to help in that case.
I always check the data many times, and I have already deduced this many times, the address and network of the wallet are correct
