There must be a logical reason behind this, and a scam is unlikely. Days ago I withdrew a large amount of BTC from my freebitco.in account, and the transaction went fine, as usual. If there was any problem with the website, other users would have faced similiar issues, but it looks like it was an isolated case which happened to you.

I understand what you are feeling right now, because always I find myself with delays on payments and without replies from support, I get very anxious and can't relax until the problem is solved.
