And I was told that forum allow it to run but forum will only warn those who want to promote the site and anyone who refused to listen and join them must be tagged. Yes as you both said, the two sites have their way of scamming gamblers. They have a specific group of people they are scamming and not all the players and that is why some gamblers have been there for years but have not experienced the scamming.
The reason why the 1xbit was allowed here in the forum is because the forum does not regulate scams and for that, there are limits to what the forum can do when it comes to advertisement here in the forum, but forum members made every possible attempt to keep everything under check and for that their amount and resulted into warning other members to resists the urge of advertising the casino here in the forum.
And that is the reason you see that any member who wore and advertised 1xbit in the past was tagged accordingly since they failed to adhere to the warning of the forum members.
