This transaction confirmed a few hours ago and currently has 23 confirmations. Perhaps it took a while for them to broadcast the transaction and that's why it wasn't visible on block explorers.

You can also not do a lot without the 2FA.... and you cannot disable the 2FA, so you guys should protect the 2FA key backup with your life, if you have a lot of coins on this site. Tongue

According to the site you can reset 2FA by opening a browser window where you are not logged in and clicking on the RESET 2FA button.
