Yes, what you said, but in simpler terms, I have wagered on Multiply to reach the maximum bonus (95 satoshis). Every freeroll and WoF (basically every free win) reduces your "mileage" but I think I've wagered so much I could probably freeroll a year at max bonus.
Basic is not 2 sats, but 0.2 US cents -- which is currently rounded up to 5 sats.
