Refund process is welcome but looking at how long this has taken it would be prudent to send emails out incase some users gave up on their hard earned money and aren't aware that you have comeback to resolve these cases and fix your reputation .
Since you have the backups and most like the affected users send out those emails and not just saying if you don't add email or username you won't be refunded!
