You can learn skills associated with blockchain, cryptocurency or not but can be implemented with crypto projects as those are the employers you'll find on the forum.
Just to be clear, are there provisions that avails forum members to learn these skills or do you mean he should learn it outside and then come back to the forum to publicize his skill and hope to be employed by people who'd need such services here on the forum, I'm a kinda confused.
