Just sit this one out, mate. If it's not so urgent because;
1. No free service will be able to accelerate for you a transaction that size
2. Paid service will charge you so much fees (well they can even shamelessly ask for $1000 worth of fees for that transaction) that you wouldn't be left with much
3. bumping the transaction fee would also mean you will spend allot in transaction fees because of the so many input you have in the transaction.
