Working remotely is now a common thing, and some persons may quickly choose that option of work if offered by a company. Working remotely can become as hectic even more as working in the office if care is not taken. This is the dream job that I am looking for because we can organize work according to ourselves even though the company gives targets and does not necessarily have freedom for its workers. Remote work only started to grow after Covid-19 and especially in my country, this has only just developed and been introduced generally because of face-to-face restrictions at that time. Of course there are positive and negative values associated with working remotely and it depends on what kind of work you are in.
If anyone says that the success rate using remote work patterns is small then I am sure they do not understand the sophistication of technology, unless work cannot be done remotely. I prefer to work like this compared to having to go to the office in the morning and come home at night because our freedom is much greater and it's just a matter of taste for freedom at work.
