They respond with a vague update three and a half years later 

What a joke. How their website has not been taken down yet by their host is beyond me.

Someone at the top must have directly received some feedback from people quoting any of the many, many scam reports against them that have amassed here over the years. This company is truly one of the worst stains on crypto.
