There's a chance but I don't think it will. I'll give it 50%.
You might as well ask if we reach $100k in the next cycle. The $100k could be too powerful psychological barrier, it's a target price for many investors, and everybody knows that is best to place your sell orders at least slightly below the target. So there might be huge selling pressure just below the $100k mark.
On the other hand, it's hard to estimate the size (and timing) of the demand for the spot ETFs (if approved). It could have quite big impact on the price, but it's not like ETF buyers would be happy to get in at any price, they'd be probably be looking for dips.
